• Concept Design - Facilitate alignment on key objectives and success factors; Develop and agree Charter; Develop initial WBS including both hardware and software scope; Identify and quantify risk; Prepare budgetary cost estimates by building a risk-integrated cost model; Define organization, resource requirements and execution strategy; Plan Concept-to-Basic transition

• Basic Design - Develop and agree Charter; Depending on size and complexity of the program, form Program Management Office (PMO) and Program Engineering Office (PEO); Onboard resources; Team formation and deliverables development. Refine scope, estimate and execution strategy; Interface with key stakeholders (EPCM, Process Teams etc.); Plan Basic-to-Detailed transition exploring opportunities to maximize digital technologies to optimize delivery.

• Detailed Design - Develop and agree Charter; Refine scope, estimate and execution strategy; Support RFP process and System Integrator onboarding; Define scheduling expectations and work with System Integrator to baseline; Ensure schedule and cost certainty by implementing a robust Earned Value Management KPI-based reporting system; Mentor and guide Client project managers; Interface between stakeholders to ensure visibility on availability timing of enabling inputs. Proactively contribute to the governance model to ensure risks and escalations are dealt with efficiently.
